Once a customer views or clicks on an ad - if they purchase the item within 14 days, the purchase will be attributed to that original click.
The report can be updated using the filters to change the attribution window to 1 or 7 days.
When your Platform is Amazon, Sales are attributed to an ad when it is clicked on.
When your platform is set to Amazon DSP (if applicable), Sales are attributed to an ad that is served on the page (impresison).
