N/A can be can be cause by a multiple of scenarios:
1. The term is not tracked at that specific retailer. This can be verified in the Search Term Management screen.
2. No data has been loaded for that retailer. In this case you would expect to see N/A for all terms at the retailer for that specific date.
3. When the term was searched that day, the retailer returned no products in the search results.
