SKU Ninja - How to Upload an Item List

Uploading an  Item List:

SKU Ninja requires an Item List that will be referenced when collecting data for your products. You will not be able to move forward or see data in SKU Ninja until you successfully upload your Item List.

To get started, you may either simply copy/paste a list of URLs into the item upload window or you may upload an item list.

Following are instructions for creating an item list:

1. Create a new Excel file with just one column.
2. Copy/Paste either the product page URL or the item ID - one item per row.
3. Save your Item List as a .csv file.

TIPS:

• The first and last rows in the Item List file must not be blank.
• You must save your file in .csv format, or SKU Ninja will not accept the item list.
• (DO NOT use the UPC - SKU Ninja no longer accepts UPC in Item List uploads).

4. Login to SKU Ninja.

5. Upload your Item List (Add SKUs):

• Once the Item List has been processed you should see your items in "My SKUs."
• You may use Filters to view your SKUs using different criteria.
• You may also sort and/or customize the table view.
• If you wish to download your Item List at any time, just click on the Export button.
