This article provides a quick overview of SKU Ninja, which allows you to easily monitor your content health, update content on existing Retailer product detail pages, and gain valuable insights.
After you’ve signed up for SKU Ninja, you will receive an email from ‘SKU Ninja that includes your login and instructions to get started. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or reach out to info@whytespyder if you did not receive it within 24 hours of placing your website order.
What you see when you log in to SKU Ninja will depend upon your subscription type. The example below is based on a SKU Ninja Elite Subscription, which provides Unlimited access to all of SKU Ninja’s page tracking, content management, reports, and more for your Walmart.com pages.

1. UPLOAD ITEMS
To get started, log in to SKU Ninja, and follow the prompt to upload your item list. Once your items have been uploaded, you will be able to view your item list in My SKUs.
2. ASSESS CONTENT
Next, SKU Ninja will start pulling content information from your product detail pages into the system, where you can review and assess your content performance, and fix any issues that are impacting search.
3. MONITOR AND MANAGE CONTENT
Your existing content will also be pulled into our content management system, where we make it easy to enhance the content on your existing product detail pages, and track changes to your content and your competitor’s over time. Use the content comparison tool to compare content in SKU Ninja to content on your PDPs and choose which changes you would like to make.
4. GATHER INSIGHTS
When your SKUs are first uploaded, we work with you to associate them with insights categories, which will serve as the foundation for shopper insights. You can utilize these findings to help improve search results and see where you stand vs. the competition for your chosen categories.
5. CREATE CUSTOM REPORTS
We make it easy to create custom reports that allow you to track only the information you need. You can choose the fields of information you would like to include and decide how often you would like for the report to run.
