Definitions:
- (Basic Content) CMS = Content Management System
- PDP = Product Detail Page
- Copy = written content
- Attributes = fields of information that pertain to a specific product type, within a product category
- Above the Fold = content that appears above the Description field on a PDP
- Below the Fold = content that appears below the Description field on a PDP
- Rich Media = enhanced content such as videos, comparison tables, feature sets, 360s, documents, and interactive tours – these assets appear “below the fold” on the PDP
- Rich Media Module = a singular widget that is comprised of one type of enhanced content, and may be attached to one or more product pages

How do I change my Category on Walmart.com? Please reach out to Walmart Support for assistance with changing your Category.
How do I add attributes to my product detail pages in SKU Ninja? Go to Basic Content CMS to add your attributes.
How often will my Walmart Search Boost Scores be updated? The scores are updated as they become available from Walmart.
How long does it take for content to be published by Walmart.com, once I submit it via SKU Ninja? Once your content has been successfully submitted, it may take up to 48 business hours for the content to be published by Walmart. You can check the status of your content publication in "Basic Content CMS."
When I added new content in SKU Ninja, my previous content was replaced. What happened? Any time you upload new content in SKU Ninja, it replaces what is already there.
My content dropped off of my product detail page. What should I do?
Walmart.com is a dynamic environment in which product pages and/or content such as videos may suddenly disappear or revert to a previous state. If you are using SKU Ninja to manage basic content updates and/or upload rich media, just go to SKU Ninja Content Management and republish the missing content and/or rich media.
Why are my images out of order on Walmart.com? How do I reorder them?
Only Walmart can set the order of the images on your product page.· If you would like to change the order of your images, please contact Walmart Supplier Support for assistance.
Why has my content not yet been published by Walmart.com?
There are many reasons why your content submission may fail, and/or your content will be rejected. Please refer to the messaging within your Basic Content CMS home page for details.
Why is the price for my item changing? Can you change it?
This could be Walmart matching prices, or you may be losing the buy box due to inventory. Please reach out to Walmart for more information. You will not be able to change your price in SKU Ninja.
How do I set up bundles and variants for my items? Please reach out to Walmart, as this is part of the Item Setup process. Here is a link to more information on variants:
Is it possible to get access to video views on walmart.com? Please contact Walmart to determine how to gain access to this information, as we do not offer it in SKU Ninja.
Is it possible to combine our listing in SKU Ninja? It is currently listed under two different Walmart numbers and we want to keep the one with the most reviews. Please reach out to Walmart directly for information on combining two items.
Walmart's content algorithm does not recognize some of the words on our PDP. What should I do? If Walmart's system doesn't recognize a word (likely because it isn't in the dictionary or something along those lines), then the content score would be affected. In terms of recommendations on how to proceed, Walmart has this to say: "We recommend correcting any actual misspellings, selecting different words if possible, or accepting the reduction in quality score to keep necessary words."
How does billing work? For all of our product offerings with monthly billing, you’ll be billed only for what you use at the end of the month. If you're signing up for an offering that requires a one-time fee, this must be collected before we begin the work.
How do I set up invoicing? We require a credit card for any monthly subscriptions under $500. You will receive a receipt with a summary of your order within the welcome email for your records. If your order is over $500 and you need to set up invoicing for monthly payment, please send an email to info@whytespyder.com, and we will be in touch.
What is Rich Media? Advanced types of content such as video, audio, or other elements encourage viewers to interact and engage with your product page.
What is a Rich Media module? A rich media module is a unique container that includes rich media assets + the associated/ assigned product pages. (example: 1 video assigned to three product pages).
What is a Rich Media Asset? An asset is any image, video, document, or file used to create a rich media module (for example: photo, video, copy).
How do I create a Rich Media module? Please visit the Rich Media section within the SKU Ninja section of the Help Center for detailed instructions.
How do I add Rich Media modules to my pages? Navigate to Rich Media, select a product page (or multiple pages), select the type of rich media module you would like to create, and follow the prompts.
How do I add one rich media module to multiple pages? When you are creating a new rich media module, you may use the multiple select feature to add your module to multiple product pages.
How do I add multiple rich media modules to one page? When creating each of the modules, select the page you would like to enhance. Ensure that you are selecting the same page across all of the modules.
How do I delete rich media modules? If you created a rich media module and would like to delete it, just send a ticket to help@whytespyder.com for assistance. Please be sure to include the company name and module (or list of modules) to be deleted, when submitting a request.
Can I change the order of my rich-media modules on the retailer page? Currently, it is not possible to change the order of your Rich Media modules on Walmart.com via SKU Ninja.
How do I add rich media to product pages that are not yet live on the retailer site? To add a rich media module to your product page, the page must first be live on the retailer site. If not, please contact your retailer.
I published my rich media, but it is not showing up on the product page. How long does it take to show up? All Rich Media must go through a QA process before being published by Walmart.com. This process may take up to 48 business hours.
