Rich Media - Module Specifications

Following are the SKU Ninja Rich Media specifications, which fall within the overall Walmart guidelines. Rich Media published via SKU Ninja must meet these specifications:

360° View

• Each tour should include a minimum of 8 images and; a maximum of 72 images.
• Each image must be a 500 x 500 .jpg or .png file that is less than 250KB in size.
• Each image should be a silo of the product on a white background.

Interactive Tour

• Must include a minimum of (1) 500x500 PNG image, no larger than 250KB in size.
• For each hot spot on the product image, include a text title of up to 56 characters, and a text description of up to 300 characters.
• There is a maximum of 6 hot spots per tour.

Feature Set

• Allowable image sizes include the following:
  • Full Size banner = 980 x 190 (height is adjustable)
  • 1/2 = 485w x 190h (height is adjustable)
  • 1/3 = 320w x 190h (height is adjustable)
  • 1/4 = 238w x 190h (height is adjustable)
  • 2/3 = 650w x 190h (height is adjustable)
  • 3/4  = 733w x 190h (height is adjustable)
• File type must be .jpg or .png  not to exceed 250KB, RGB.
• • If the image includes embedded text, it must be visible and easy to read on desktop or mobile.
  • Text that is embedded in an image will not be SEO searchable.
• Prepare all corresponding headlines and description text for each feature section if desired, but not required. It’s preferred that you type out the text into this field, or cut & paste from a Word  document to ensure correct formatting when published.
  • Don’t insert text copied from a website or other item page as this can include hidden code.
  • Don’t insert text as an embedded graphic asset as this will not be SEO searchable.
• Prepare all corresponding headlines and description text for each feature section if desired, but not required.
• Videos that adhere to the following specifications may be uploaded into a feature set, within the full-size banner:
  • The ratio must be set to 16:9, not to exceed 100MB.
  • No more than 1 complete feature set is allowed on one item page.

Comparison Table

• Must include a minimum of 2 or more product details to compare.
• No more than 50 products should be included in a comparison table.
• You may include up to 500 features per comparison table.
• You must include the Walmart.com link to each product page being compared.
• Thumbnail images should be 200x200 PNG.

Videos

• You may upload a minimum of 1 video; however, the recommendation is at least 6 videos.
• Each video must have a text title, of no longer than 56 characters.
• Each video file must be in an MP4 format, no larger than 100Mb.
• Each video must have a corresponding thumbnail image, at least 640x360, in a JPG format.
• Each thumbnail image should be less than 250KB in size.
• You may include a closed caption script, in the form of a .vtt file.

(NOTE: We recommend that videos are 30s - 1m in duration, with video quality of 720p (1280 x 720) - 1080p (1920x1080), and the file size is under 100MB). 

Documents

• Each document must have a text title, of no longer than 56 characters.
• Each document file must be a PDF format, no larger than 100MB.
• Each document must have a corresponding thumbnail image, min 120x67; max 240x240, in a JPG format.
• Each thumbnail image should be less than 250KB in size.
