Rich Media - Troubleshooting Tips

General Tips

• Check to ensure that the module is properly built and saved.
• Check to ensure that the module is assigned to the right product.
• Check text formatting, especially when pasting from a website or a Word document.
• You cannot build a module until you select a page, select a module type, and assign a title.
• If publishing a module to multiple pages, ensure that the content is relevant to the chosen product detail pages.
• When previewing, before publication, if the preview is out of alignment, check your zoom level on your browser.
• Save frequently and preview your work before publishing it.

Video
Check your video size to ensure that it meets specifications, and ensure that both the thumbnail and video were successfully uploaded to the module and saved.

Interactive Tour
Check to ensure the hotspots are in the right place before submitting for publication.

Feature Set
Including blank spaces may cause issues. If a row is out of alignment, just delete it and create a new row. - easy to recreate.

Comparison Table
Be sure to fill in all fields within the table and enter the full product detail page URL within the “URL” field.

Documents
Ensure that both the PDF file and a thumbnail image that represents the documents are included.
