How does billing work? For all of our product offerings with monthly billing, you’ll be billed only for what you use at the end of the month. If you're signing up for an offering that requires a one-time fee, this must be collected before we begin the work.
How do I set up invoicing? We require a credit card for any monthly subscriptions under $500. You will receive a receipt with a summary of your order within the welcome email for your records. If your order is over $500 and you need to set up invoicing for monthly payment, please send an email to info@whytespyder.com, and we will be in touch.
I updated my credit card and am locked out of my account - We only process credit cards, including card changes at the end of each month.
Please be sure to use a credit card with an adequate limit to accommodate monthly Rich Media fees or you may experience a period of time when you are unable to use SKU Ninja due to an expired card or non-payment.
How much do you charge for Rich Media? We charge $5 per Rich Media module per month. You can attach one module to up to a maximum of 5,000 item IDs.
How do you calculate Monthly Charges for Rich Media? Our system invoices based on the previous months' activity (i.e. your September bill covers usage for August).
How does your system know which Modules to bill? Our system bills only for Rich Media modules that are in “Published” status.
NOTE: At times, Rich Media may not be visible on Walmart Product Pages for various reasons (out of our control) but is still in “Published” status. In these cases, you will still be charged as long as we have a successful submission on our end.
When does billing begin? Billing begins once a new module is created, and the status moves to “Published” for the first time. We continue to bill until the module status changes to “Inactive” or “Unpublished.”
What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or an American Express card.
How do I pause billing on selected modules? Just unpublish them.
